当前,全球化的持续深入推进对人才培养体系提出了新课题、新要求和新挑战。以分析能力、理解能力、互动能力、行动能力四个维度为主要内容的全球胜任力,逐渐成为新时代复合型人才的必备素养。4月23日,三十五中国际部积极引入优质教学资源,与亦思国际教育联合举办了ESICY全球胜任力和国际素养课程教研Demo课录制活动,在国际部学子全球胜任力的培养上迈出了坚实一步。
Part 1: 三十五中国际部在学子全球胜任力培养上的探索与实践
“惟改革者进,惟创新者强,惟改革创新者胜”。三十五中一直致力于“培养具有中国情怀的世界人,具有世界胸怀的中国人”。近年来,国际部在王红军校长的带领下,坚持“教书育人在细微处,学生成长在活动中”的理念,以“多元化平台建设、全方位能力培养、零距离对接国际”为目标,不断创新完善了“国旗下演说家”、“世界听我说”、魔鬼训练营、素质拓展训练以及海外游学等一系列活动项目,为国际部学子的能力提升注入了源源不断的新生动力。
ESICY全球胜任力和国际素养课程体系缘于联合国可持续发展的17大目标。课程以全球17个可持续发展目标(SDGs)为主,由国内外高校和著名国际组织的专家学者们,研究在全球化背景下,服务于建立可持续发展的全球公民而建立的课程体系。此次课程录制活动,为进一步培养国际部学子的国际视野和与综合素养搭建了新的平台、进行了创新探索。
Part 2: 用脚步丈量世界,用思考感知远方:世界热点话题讨论
此次教研Demo课节选自课程第十级(Level 10),课程主题为Food-A course on the UN issue of food。通过世界热点话题讲座及探讨——联合国可持续发展目标二消除饥饿为背景,启发学生思考食物安全与食物浪费的现状以及解决方案,引导学生将问题解决思路汇总并制作成为海报进行展示和分享,最终达到提升学生在地区、全球和文化上有重要意义课题的分析能力。
全球化是我们所处时代的主题,中国的未来必须有赖于全球化,而在整个发展过程,关键是人的全球化。课程结束后,孩子们纷纷表示,对中国与世界以及未来的学业职业规划都有了新的认识,这将会是他们人生中宝贵的一堂课。
Part 3:全球胜任力在全球平台上培养,世界眼光在闯世界中树立:学习后记
王红军校长表示:全球胜任力既不是某一门课程、也不是知识体系,更像是我们应具备的“核心素养”。未来,我校将持续不断拓展国际合作,积极创新人才培养模式,开拓更多优质的关于国际素养和全球胜任力的创新课程体系,为学生提供更加多元化、国际化、立体化的学习平台和成长舞台,此外,全校教师应以课程为依托,将全球胜任力的培养渗透在每一个教学活动设计和实施过程当中,引导学生开拓视野、提升能力,发出更多志成声音,擦亮志成国际“名片”。

I'm really glad to enroll today's course. Honestly speaking, I don't quite know about global competence and the 17 aims of UN to realize sustainable development. After watching several videos and discussing with my groupmates, I understood the concept of global competence and realized that there are still so many people starving around the globe. We proposed several ideas to overcome the food supply problem and we had a really pleasant experience.

I think the class benefited me a lot. I have learned a lot from the class such as the concept of sustainable development and the project of the UN (No hunger), which really enriched my knowledge. And what attracts me most is the "brainstorming" part during the class. During this part, we were required to make a mindmap and express our own point of view about the "No hunger" topic orally which perfectly practiced my English expression ability.

I had more understanding towards "No hunger": it is not only about the quantity of the food ,but also about the quality-the food should be nutrient. Moreover,I discovered that our younger generation actually pays a lot of attention on the world. And we still need to keep learning.
