ZIA教师 | 数学教研组:以特色化的辅导策略促进学生的数学学习

抗疫期间,学校积极响应教委提出的“停课不停学”方针,利用线上平台辅导学生学习,向学生呈现各式各样的特色化辅导模式。数学组在刘姣老师的带领下,及时调整教学策略,充分发挥线上技术优势,积极探索“互联网+”与教学的联系。现已顺利完成了前几周的线上辅导工作。下面是他们的具体实施情况。
During the anti-epidemic period, our school adapted the strategy of "stopping schooling, not learning" proposed by the Education Commission. Teachers use the online platform to guide students to study, showing students a variety of modes of tutorial. The math group, led by Liu Jiao, adjusted the teaching strategies according to the students’ performance. They made full use of the advantages of online technology and explore the connection between "Internet" and teaching. Now they have successfully completed the online tutoring work of the previous weeks. Below is their specific implementation.

调动学生的主动性发展学生的兴趣

兴趣是最好的老师。魏楠老师借助Desmos,TI等展示Maclaurin 级数,使数学图像直观生动,进而激发学生的学习兴趣。刘姣老师的线上辅导的感悟是“线上数学学习最怕的是不能调动学生的积极性,不能引发学生的思考,不能对知识的形成有一个好的认知”。刘姣老师制作生动的PPT动态画面,让学生的思维动起来,启发学生思考。李一老师在教学中发现:在线辅导无法实时掌控学生的学习动态。他的课堂注重将学生从被动学习状态转变成主动学习状态的教学过程。数学组的全体老师在辅导学生学习三角函数图像的过程中,会让学生结合三角函数知识画出三角函数的草图,之后在通过绘图软件等技术手段亲自验证自己所画草图的正确性,学生发现自己画的草图和软件高度一致时会产生强烈的自信和满足感,这是支撑他们继续积极学习的关键。
Interest is the best teacher. Wei Nan shows the Maclaurin series with the help of Desmos TI, which makes the mathematical image intuitive and vivid, and then stimulates the students' interest in learning. Liu Jiao said, “The biggest concern of online mathematics learning is that teachers can not arouse the enthusiasm of students, and without students' thinking, they can not have a good understanding of the formation of knowledge.” So she made vivid dynamic presentation slides to allow the students think activitely. Li Yi, on the other hand, said that “Online tutoring can not control students' learning dynamics in real time.” Therefore, his class focuses on the teaching process of transforming students from passive learning to active learning. In the course of trigonometric functions, the teachers of the math group will ask the students to draw the sketches of trigonometric functions in combination with the concept, and then verify the correctness of their sketches by means of drawing software and other technical method. Students find strong self-confidence and satisfaction when their sketches are highly consistent to the actual graph, which is the key to support their continued active learning.

结合自主探究活动发挥学生的优势

数学组的老师们根据“教师是学生学习的促进者和引导者”的教学理念,把学习的自主权交给学生,充分发挥学生的主体作用,让学生自主探究。李一老师在线上辅导过程中对于学生进行了方向上的引导,而最终的数学结论都由学生自主探究,形成结论。所以在李一老师的课堂中学生对自主探究过程的记忆很深刻,对这一块知识内容理解也非常深入。刘月盈老师在线辅导时让孩子们先课下自主探究,然后课堂展开讨论,增强全体学生的参与感。刘月盈老师在线上教学中会给所有孩子开麦回答问题的机会,一来给所有同学发言机会,二来增强学生对于学习数学的自信心。老师和学生共同创造一个舒适的线上学习的环境。
According to the teaching idea that "teacher is the promoter and guide of students' learning ", the teachers of mathematics group hand over the “rights” of learning to students, they give full play of the main role to students, and let students explore independently. In the course of Li Yi's online tutoring, the students are guided in direction, and the final conclusions are drawn by the students themselves. So it gives students deep memory and they understand the knowledge quite well. Liu Yueying let the students self-inquiry before class, start the class with discussion, to enhance the participation of all students. Liu Yueying's online tutoring will give all students the opportunity to answer questions, which can also enhance students' confidence in learning mathematics. Teachers and students are working together to create a comfortable online learning environment.

利用“互联网+”技术发现数学的奥秘

特殊时期,线上辅导模式成为当下的主流,“一张网,一个移动终端”成为了线上教学的主要特征。“互联网+”技术结合教学,使数学教育依旧趣味横生。李一老师、魏楠老师利用绘图软件Desmos,进行“互联网+”技术开展数学学科教学。徐琳老师为了让学生在在线辅导学习的过程中体会到数学知识来源,让在线理科学习不那么死板,她使用电子手写板的“互联网+”技术展现数学求解过程,让学生有在校上课的感觉体验。刘姣老师采用录制微课的“互联网+”技术配合教学。刘姣老师录制以数学知识点为主题的微课视频,供学生课下回看,查缺补漏。与此同时刘姣老师也会录制问题疑难讲解视频,以保证课程进度与学生学习实效的并进。

"Internet" technology combined with education and teaching makes mathematics education more interesting. Li Yi, Wei Nan use drawing software Desmos to carry out mathematics subject teaching. In order to let students understand the source of mathematics knowledge in the process of online tutoring and learning, Xu Lin uses the "Internet" technology of electronic handwritten board to show the process of mathematical solution, so that students have the environment or as we called, sense, of attending school. Liu Jiao recorded micro-class videos on the subject of mathematical knowledge points for students to look back after class so as to review the key information during the class. At the same time, she will also record video for analyzing difficult questions, to ensure the progress of the course.

实施个性化方案,促进数学的学习

数学组教师结合导师、家长、学生的三方努力,让每个学生都能高效学习。魏楠老师采用课后个性化答疑模式,她的班级每天每个小组进行互相答疑,力求弄明白当天所学知识。魏楠老师也会及时把学生每节课后完成学习任务情况与导师沟通,建立学生,教师,导师,家长为一体的教育环境,保证学习的高效性。刘姣老师在课下会一对一反馈学生作业,纠正学生问题,引起学生重视,鼓励总结和改错。 数学组的老师们,亲力亲为,利用课下时间,对于每个学生展开个性化答疑,促进学生学习。
Mathematics group teachers combine the tripartite efforts of tutors, parents and students so that each student can learn efficiently. Wei Nan adopts the mode of individualized question-answering after class, she carries out learning group after class, and each group will discuss questions under the help of their group leader everyday, and strives to put the knowledge of the same day in place. She will also communicate with the headteacher about the completion of the study task after class in time, and establish an educational environment in which students, teachers, headteachers and parents are integrated to ensure the efficiency of learning. Liu Jiao will give feedback upon students' homework one by one after class, correct students' problems and encourage them summing up and correcting mistakes. Teachers in the math group, individually, use the time after class, for each student to carry out personalized answers to promote students to learn.
数学组全体教师从线上辅导工作中积累经验、认真思考。线上教学方式对于老师们而言既是机遇也是挑战。他们勇于尝试各式各样的线上辅导方法,积极调整和采取特色的教育策略,尽教师之所能帮助学生全面提升。
All the teachers of mathematics group accumulate experience and think seriously from the online tutoring work. Online teaching is both an opportunity and a challenge for teachers. They have the courage to try a variety of online tutoring methods, adjust and adopt special educational strategies, and try to help the students to improve in an all-round way.
